Dutch Angel Dragon Headbase

Yo, so I am personally a big fan of Dutch Angel Dragons. The thing is, most every fursuit maker makes them the same way, as if they were in a sort of 'chibi' style. Even Ino herself is kinda a culprit of this. Don't get me wrong! I love skypro's work, it's wonderfully done, but I've never really liked the style of the chibi dutchie. So, I've taken it upon myself to try and make a more realistic kind of head without it being super realism. So I've studied up a bit on horse anatomy and such and I've tried to incorporate it and show off the most horse-like bits (ear shape, very little head slope, pronounced cheek muscles, etc.)

Here are my plans so far
http://sta.sh/01pg0uuhgelk

My main concern is lack of visibility. Naturally horse's eyes are on the side of their head and so that obviously is something that can't happen. Even with them being forward facing one might jsut have to give up the frontal view and have a blind spot.

Any sort of advice on how this would work?

(Guide to the plans because they might be kinda hard to understand idk)
Top row is a picture of a real horse head and next to it is the Torch head made by SkyproFursuits
Middle is a tracing of both heads, also a note on head-slopes and ear shapes of both.
Bottom left is a picture of finished head concept and to the right is the foam work concept.

Note: Don't worry, before even making anything like this I will ask Ino for permission to make the head base or fully finished head for sale.
