I have lost count of all the lower jaw prototypes I have made; I have attached/removed the lower jaw approximately five times. I am very reluctant to do it again, because I have damaged the elastic a bit by cutting the jaw off (even when I am careful), and usually have ruined the lower jaw piece itself.
Almost every time I have attached the jaw it is crooked; no matter how careful I am about gluing it on symmetrically, it ends up crooked.
How should I fix the jaw without having to detach it, make a new one, and go through the agony of trying to glue it on symmetrically?
