red fox tail help

I need help making a red fox tail that is realistic in shape and size. the colors have been choses and they are rusty orange, black,

and white. this tail has to be something like this..

I need to make a template somehow to incorporate any creases. the tail needs to be as realistic as possible. Any help is greatly appreiciated.
