Casting foam?

I want to cast some foam props and I was wondering if anyone had experience with some of the casting foams from smoothon. I want something highly squishy that is durable and holds some details. Ive been looking at them online and I just dont want to have to spend thirty bucks on guesswork D:

any advice?
