So I build bodies by pinning the fur around the dummy and then loosely pre-sewing by hand, this method leaves me with a perfectly fitted fully assembled body that can easily be machine sewn by following the dotted line of pre-sewing...
well today to my horror I pulled a body off a duct tape dummy to find the dummy had come apart some... leaving the fur against the tape!!
the suit in question is seal fur, a slicker brush got the worst of the the sticky residue off but it is still a little tacky...
How do I fix this, it is a rare fur that is gone from the site I purchased it from... and I only have scraps left after finishing this project (which is done aside from the body) I am simply unable to redo the body...
