Juuust a few more misc. questions

I realize it would've been more efficient if I'd gotten all my questions asked in my last post, so let's do that, then!

Beeeig shiny nose!
I love the look of shiny, obnoxiously big, kissable, beepable doggie noses, and this really shows through in my art style! I'd love to incorporate the same thing into my suit. I like this one a LOT: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10283180/ That's nearly exactly what I need, but I have never worked with resin, and don't otherwise plan to, I'd actually rather commission someone for something like this to be completely honest. If you're interested or know someone who might be, let me know!

Bouncy, springy tail that can stay upright on it's own.
Should I be able to pull off a thin, slightly curly collie tail that stays up and bounces? My character is a cheerful, spry lil pup and I'd rather not see her tail flop down between her legs! It just looks so sad that way.

Stretchy and/or durable short pile fur.
I'd like to find an extra short pile, minky sort of fur in a pure snowy white color for use on the abdomen, groin, and inner leg area that can handle some stretching around without looking terribly baggy over a short period of wear. I want to make it easier to bend down, squat, and in general move around because my suit is going to have some pretty big, pudgy proportions in the toony digitigrade foaming and I want to be able to move as naturally as I can manage! If you have tips or advice for making things more flexible 'down there', I'd really appreciate it!

I believe that's all for now! I may add more later.
