Alright, I know a lot of people here ship USPS. Personally, I hate them. I've gotten a package from them that had LITERALLY been run over by the truck, and also had a shoe print on it. Of course, contents inside were beyond damaged. They kept making me jump through so many hoops to get the insurance out of it, that it passed through the time period where I needed to do so. End result: Damaged item with no insurance payout on it.

Though I know a lot of people won't ship through anything else due to the price. It's come to my attention that not a lot of people know about these sort of websites;

I've personally used this website over 20 times, and know of many others that have as well. You need accurate box measurements (Avoid using USPS flat rate boxes for this, you can use any other box you manage to find around) and a decent guess on the weight. It has an accurate quote system so I suggest playing with the weight to see when it goes up in price. If you can put down 3 lbs and get the same price for 5lbs, put down 5 just in case. Won't hurt you, at least.

It DOES ask for credit card information. If you're worried, you can always google up enough to see if anybody's had any problems with this before, but I've personally never had issues. After that, it gives you the label to print out. Simply print it out, tape it onto the box (use clear tape for this) and either drop it off at a fedex location or have a truck come pick it up (the truck might cost a fee if you're off route)

Personally I suggest using Fedex or UPS in general because their tracking ACTUALLY works. It won't give you a vague answer for 1-3 days before actually saying "Oh hey by the way it actually traveled 2000 miles."
And it's much easier to get the insurance on the items. UPS is a bit better with this than FedEx, but they are still both MUCH easier than USPS. However, both of them have another high standard if it's over $1000 insured. They'd have to actually have somebody come over and inspect the damage item. You can insure it for something like, $975, and completely overpass that.

Hope somebody finds this useful!
