Stitching tricks?

So I recently started working on my first mask I ever attempted (which has remained unfinished til now). I've torn this thing apart and put it back together as best I could (a few times, mostly adjusting the foam shape). With the darker blue fleece (kinda flat-looking, not really any "fuzz-ness" to it), I have found it hard to hide the seams. The second color, light blue fleece, is very soft and somewhat fuzzy, so I've found seams easier to hide, but still with problems.

Here's some pics with what I mean:

The front of the nose is pretty noticable for the seams. Not only are they seams popping out of his nose, but they're also crooked. Couldn't even be even. XD
I intend to "break" the stitching here and re-sew. How can I hide them? :c

head seam
The top of his head will be covered, so that is no issue. Though his eyebrows and top of his nose-bridge are problem areas.

cheeck seams
Here, the lighter blue seems to blend slightly better, but what makes the seam pop out is mostly due to fabric fray. The lighter blue seems to "shed" a bit, the ends tend to get a bit frayed. Is there a way to hide this/stop fraying?
Also, I will fix the triangular gap between the lighter blues. Hoever, I can see already that there will the a seem at the current angle where it is sewn.

Also having to do with stitching tricks, I would like some help with hiding seams on the neck. I imagine loose-hanging fabric will be harder to hide seams for. I have not made a neck for this yet, but would love tips on how to make one with fleece that isn't popping out everywhere. c: Also trying to find out how to make a tighter-fitting neck, as the one I made for my first finished head was a sloppy flap of fabric hanging down.
