Bleeding Prismacolours, and Eyelashes, Oh Baby.

Alright, while working on a buckram eye for a fursuit I used a mix of both Prismacolour markers and acrylic paint and have made the desired eye, but... then I noticed something. I had dripped water onto the buckram by accident when I was painting with acrylic on the Prismascolour. As we know, Prismacolour bleeds... Now, I have a buckram eye that I worked about an hour on to find this out as I am finishing.

Is there any way to remove the bled marker from the buckram? I scrubbed a spot of it with a damp rag, and it helped slightly on the lighter colour but no use anywhere else.

Also, eyelashes. The fursuit head I am working on right now, the resin head needs heavy eyelashes and I'm not sure how to go about making them...

The green marker bled under the back edges of the eyes. Anyway to get rid of it?

Eyelashes on the resin head need to be heavy (dark colour, or black), and angled at almost an "L"-shape. I am avoiding Foamies of all things to make this more realistic. Could kankelion fibers do it if they were flat ironed to keep the angle? Thoughts?
