I'm going to order swatch cards for teddy and short pile Cr's Crafts furs. I'm hoping that the dark brown and the black (whether it's teddy or short pile) are of quality- while I know that reputable makers like AutumnFallings use Cr's Crafts, I've read that Cr's Crafts fur quality tends to be inconsistent.
Teddy will probably be of higher quality than the short pile, but I'm concerned that neither would shave well, as it looks a little like fun fur in the pics on the website. (Then again, the lighting is not very good and neither is the photo quality)
I'd use LS fur, but it gets ruffled so easily and needs so much brushing; I wanted to use something that lies flatter and is a little shorter.
If you've had experience with either of these furs, please let me know what you thought of the quality and whether or not it shaved well.
