Best shoes for feetpaws?

So, I'm debating on what type of shoes would be best for feet paws. I've heard Crocs are great, tennis shoes, canvas/slip on shoes, etc... but what are your personal preferences?

I would want something that is easy to put on, comfortable, and durable.
