(posted on FA as well as here)
This being my first fursuit head, the process of creating it has been a learning process of shaping and creating him. I feel like I’m at the point where foaming is complete other than smoothing out a few areas just a tad, but i have a few concerns. When it comes to the moving jaw, is the current state that it is in suitable to allow for proper movement after furring? Also are the ears properly shapes and positioned (pinned down at the moment)? Any input at all is welcomed, in-fact wanted, and don't hold back!

Also when it comes to the furring process, what is everyone’s preference for doing so? As in machine sew all the patterned pieces together then slip it over the head and tack it down with hot glue in a few places (what a few people that I have asked said they do) or hand sew each piece together using a baseball stitch or other stitch (that I see done but no one seems to say they do that owns a sewing machine, which I do), so which application method provides for better, professional appearing, and, durable results?
