I greatly prefer canon cameras due to their quality of photos. I'm cool with other brands so long the photos look just as good if not better.I'm looking to replace my Canon S2 IS - its having lens error issues I haven't been able to solve for a few months now.
Will love seeing photos taken of faux fur/fursuits/parts.
Of course i'll love all EOS models that are way above my budget, but i'm looking for more of a cheaper brand that is outstanding for its price like my Canon S2 IS. Other than its annoying issue that is common for this model....
My personal price range: $100-$200 or so. I will buy a camera that's EOS series in value of $1,000 later on, just not right now. This is going with Amazon/new price range as I can find my Canon S2 IS on ebay for $40, my real price range using ebay is up to $120 MAX, preferably $70 max, we'll see.
Wondering if a thinner canon powershot camera can do just as good of a job, though I have my doubts based on images I found taken of fursuits particularly using the thinner models.
Small notes: I totally dont care about mega pixels/size or dimension photos it takes.... Only clarify from the lens and/or the camera flash creating a beautiful image.
Getting tired of looking through deviantart photography and finding most not showing the camera models or they are over my price range and/or Nikon brand. Running lower on luck than I planned.
This would be for my fursuit business, WIP photos, finals, showing details, etc. If this post is too off topic I can delete.
