Long time no speak!
I've been building a balaclava-based fursuit head lately that is based off of a barn owl- I'm using mainly real-life pictures of the species as I don't really have any OC or fursona that is an owl. I just really liked owls so I thought this could be sort of an artistic-liberty project for myself to become more experienced in fursuit-building, and though it's been a great experience so far I've run into a roadblock.
I was using some foam scraps from a previous fursuit my friend made (which I sadly do not have any pictures of) but I'm unsure as to how I can make the back of the head look even to the face, and what I need to change about the front of the face. I understand that there is no beak for the suit right now but I figured I would do that last, because it would most likely be the hardest part.
