This year Spirit Halloween has come out with some new animal masks that have moving jaws and I was wondering if anyone has or is considering using one as a base for a fursuit head.
A few years ago, I bought one of their 'animotion' werewolf masks, the first snarly one, and had eventually had to refurbish it into a fursuit head of sorts after the foam latex face started to tear due to overuse at a haunted house. It works, but it was no shock that the plastic underneath had lopsided mold, this being especially noticeable with the eye placement. I don't know if this got better in following years or if this will also be a factor with these new masks, but I figured it was worth mentioning.
