fluffy cheeks?

well, here is my fursuit design- its going to be a parital suit though, just head and tail and handpaws, maybe feet paws.... I haven't decided on pattern yet, but I need some help-
those cheeks. how do I make them nice and triangular? I'm making it foam on a balaclava, but unsure of how to make those cheeks.... and how to make the movable jaw? I have had a look around but haven't been able to find any simple tutorials.
And tips on making a cat muzzle- but I'm going to make it slightly longer than a cats muzzle.
