Inquiry About My Little Pony Heads

Hey there, don't know if this has been covered, but, I'd thought I'd inquire if anyone has figured out a way to do a Fursuit head of the popularized My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? The one in question I'm curious about is the derpying Mail Pony, Derpy Hooves. I've gotten into my head to attempt such a feat as a Partial of her for a Con. I'm attending next Summer, and trying to wrap it around my head how to properly pattern the foam for making the Head for the Partial.

If anyone out there can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it, and any assistance in making it would be greatly appreciated. And credited when the Head is finished and photos uploaded on my FurAffinity.
