Alright, so I'm finally almost finished with my wolf partial (after getting sidetracked for way too long), but I've run into some trouble with the tail...
I decided to make the tail with a hollow 1/2 in. foam shell for a core, which seemed to work great except that it's rather flat. I made the shell with two identical pieces of foam wrapping toward each other to glue edge-to-edge, but the tension doesn't seem to be enough to make it keep a round shape. So now I'm not quite sure what to do. I thought about using wire, but I'd rather keep it foam to keep it all soft. Any ideas?
From the side.
And from the top. Notice it looks a bit flat. It's a little hard to see in the picture, but look especially at the tip on the right side.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
