getting white .... white again!

What do you guys use? I'm mainly trying to clean my fursuit head (and even though I believe she is well built) I'm going to avoid putting her in a washer and because I do not want to remove her eyes (really she's not that dirty) I don't want to submerge her in water at all. Frankly, I don't think it's needed.

However, the small white markings (mainly her muzzle) while not filthy do look a bit grimy and I'd like to see if I can brighten those whites again. I used Folex a few months ago with some success (she looks cleaner) but I'm hoping to do even better. I've heard some of you use Oxyclean/and or bleach? Should I just dilute some and spray it on? I'm wondering if I should rub it in lightly or will letting it sit be enough and then just lightly rinse and air dry?

And bottoms of the feet? They're pretty dirty where the bottom of the foot touches the ground. I was considering filling a little plastic container with some water and bleach and setting them in it? Or maybe just a good spray would do?

Lastly, I'm -considering- redoing her ears (or having them redone) but not sure how to go about it. They're shaped like wings and due to storage in a container a few of the "feathers" are kind of curled at the ends. It's no big but it's kind of annoying to -me- even if it's something other people don't notice. I didn't make this head but I believe they're under structure is plastic mesh. I've tried putting them back to their original shape (pretty much just pressed them up against the container in the right shape and put a little bit of weight on top) but even after a few days they kind of just went back to being curled and derpy.

So, my question is ... can anyone think of a way to permanently coax them back into their original shape for good? Maybe add a bit of heat and then hold them down? Otherwise my question is...what material would you guys suggest to build new "ears" my thing is finding something that will hold it's shape...but at the same time (I was considering something like Wonderflex) I don't want anything too rigid or sharp because I don't want to accidentally poke someone's eye out either. Her ears can be dangerous when I'm hugging people ;)

Thanks!
