Hello again everyone. Sorry to post so soon after my last one, but I figured out my moving jaw issue and ended up almost finishing my Rattata Pokemorph's base in utter glee.
Well, here's what I have so far of my latest project.
Her name is Abigail and she's a Rattata Pokemorph created by Team Rocket. This means she has DNA from both a human and a Rattata.
While making the base for her head, I tried to keep that in mind. Her eyes are designed after the female human eyes in Pokemon style and placed more akin to a human's rather than on the sides of her head like a Rattata. This also will give me better vision when wearing her.
She has a moving jaw that took me a LOT of fiddling to get right. Like. . . woah.
Currently, she needs a little cleaning up on the foam and her whiskers added, but otherwise I think she's done. I will not be foaming out the back of her head because she is being designed as a 'Permapartial'. This means that she has an outfit planned that will be a part of her character. It includes a hat which will cover most of the back of her head. So, I'm avoiding foaming it more because it will be hidden by the poofiness of the hat and may also hinder her ability to properly wear the hat.
She does sit a little crooked on my mannequin head, but I assure you her cheeks and bottom jaw don't shift that much when she's on my head.
