faux fur making

Having been looking around for information on production of faux fur, I've found a dearth of information on the process. I kind of figure a lot of it has to do with trade secrets--the actual set up of the machine is sensitive, and is not going to be filmed and put on youtube just for fun.

Still, for my furfab plans and simple curiosity, I'm interested in seeing about going and touring one of the factories here in the US, and figured I'd invite fursuit makers interested to see about arranging a group trip.
