No longer dinosaur, YAY! (Possible redlines and furring question)

First of all, thank you to everyone who posted to my last question, about my head looking dinosaurish. Riffti no longer looks like a dino. Maybe not quite as jackally as I would like, but definitely canine.

I have more progress pics (facial structure and ears, woot), and was wondering if anyone could see anything particularly wrong with her cheeks. The last head I did I messed the cheeks up, and it ended up looking very... flat. I want to avoid that. But it brings up a question. My head is meant for a moving jaw. How on earth do I fur it properly? The last one I did KILLED the mouth movements once I furred it. Added to the fact that the cheeks that I ended up doing create a little 'gap' between them and the lower jaw. Is there any way to fur it so that it doesn't hamper the movement, but also hides the seams so that the jaw doesn't look 'placed in' after the fact?

Also, what's the best way to reinforce the ears? I don't want them drooping once I fur them.
