More Help?

Hey everyone. So I'm working on a few things--a couple of yarn tail commissions and a fursuit for myself are the big ones. I just need some help. So I'll just lost some stuff I suppose.

Yarn tails. Everyone does theirs differently. My first tar tail I simply made a braid and shoved a metal binder ring through the top. I haven't finished it, so I don't know how it'll look when finished. The commissioned ones I've been tying the strands TO the ring and braiding it from there but my thicker bases take a lot of strands and I want the best quality for what I'm making. Does anyone have any suggestions? Anything they do differently?

Managing commissions. How do you do it? I'm talking time management here, btw. I know not to bite off more than I can chew but do you keep like a calendar or what?

My fursuit. Do I have to start with the head? It's a kangaroo. So it has a lot of padding. I don't want it to look disproportionate. Could I start at the feet or no?

My kangaroo is currently an it. Originally my plan was to make it male but there's a problem and that's me being female. Very busty, too..34DDD.. .-. Binding really isn't an option and I'm not chubby so I can't play it out as fat and my idea was to take a piece of foam, see it into a sports bra and add more padding to try to make a poofy chest on him. I have very narrow hips, though..so that part isn't a problem. Help?
