First head!

I'm attempting my first head, and I've got a few questions and pictures below!

This is what I've done today:



Uhmm, it's supposed to be a panda, because it's more of a cosplay (Pandaren). Any suggestions? And how do I add the eyes? Should I have done them before now? They're going to be follow-me type eyes.

I'm not sure if the head is actually crooked or if it's the awful styrofoam head I have it on (I built it mostly comparing it to my own head and putting it on a lot!)
