one, how would you go about modifying a mannequin head to match your own? i do have the idea of taking measurements and then packing foam onto the styrofoam head but i don't exactly know.. where to take the measurements. ^^; i think i saw a video about it a few weeks ago but i can't find it.
second, i'm looking for some tips for these claws i'm doing

that's basically the look i'm going for. i know i'll just add padding to get the stylized affect and i was just going to sculpt the claws but if there was a way that i could make them kinda act like fingers then that would be great! i know i'm not really going to be able to hold anything but it would be nice if i could move them a bit so i could grip a water bottle or something like that. XD
