I'm going to be doing a fursuit rather soon, and I'd like to ask some questions! I'm going to be doing two, hopefully not too far apart from each other because I need one to go with my older sister's cosplay and the other is my fursona. ^//^;
First, I was wondering where a good place to buy some rust colored fur, and hopefully some ivory colored fur as well. I've heard of WW's amazing rust, but it's 3" pile, which is longer than other types.. This is going to be for the first suit I make, which will be a sort of cosplay of my WoW character... And how do you sew somewhat along curves? I'm going to be padding the chest and stomach a bit.
For the other one, I'm going to need a bright orange, green, and also ivory. For this suit, I was wondering how to better hide my curves! The fursona I'd like to make is a male, and I'm not. I do have a chest binder for my other cosplays, but I don't think that'd be very much fun under a fursuit, because the binder is a bit itchy as it is.
Another question for both suits is how to add hair to both? The first suit is going to need a long wig, which will be in pigtails. I'm thinking I'm going to make this wig myself, using a tutorial I saw on Youtube and fibers from ArdaWigs. The second would have a shorter wig with bangs, and kind of floofy in the back? I'm thinking I really like RadyWolf's suits and how he does his wigs. ^^
Thank you!
