Moving jaw too loose/ falling?

Hey all, I have a pretty basic problem, but I can't find where it is in the memories to fix it. :'<
I started to redo some new foamwork and start from scratch.
I am using RLworks foaming method, which I so far enjoy, but the moving jaw, with nothing on it, falls
and doesn't move much. I think the head itself may be too loose because it completely just falls like a weight....
I don't have pictures because I think it may be an easy fix, but I can upload some later if need be. I just need to be able to keep the jaw raised
and still move articulatly
