I need someone who can keep up with their orders. I ordered from DVC almost two weeks ago and saw that they were down a person until after Christmas and figured that I could wait because they seemed bogged down as it was with so many orders and such.
Well today, they posted a whole slew of pre-made pieces, several of them are what was on my order to begin with so I figured that I would be getting my items soon. I commented on one of the submissions and asked if I would get my order before the pre-mades were shipped out and they pretty much told me no. So those who buy today are getting their stuff before me who's been waiting? And the items are right there! They could just ship those out to those who have been waiting for weeks but instead, they would rather make as much money as possible while loosing this repeat buyer who would have used them for all of my commissions who wanted DVC pieces on their suits made by me. It seems very backwards that once they have your money, you're on the back burner and they just want to get as many people to buy as possible no matter how long you've been waiting. I could have had all of my hand paws done by now along with the furring of the heads by now if they could keep up/ wanted to keep up with their orders so I'm moving on and I would love to find someone who's trying to get some business /endrant
Does anyone know anyone else in the fandom who makes pawpads, noses, claws and other items along those lines? Horns would be a plus too!
