Dragon sculpt WIP critique?

It's no finished nroe refined, but I am mainly struggling with symmetry. :X   Iwas working off a head form which was just that; a disembodied head with no stand or the like. So it'd roll and flop about unless propped up, and I'd loose my point of focus and symmetry each time it may topple. Which left my symmetry all over the place. Guh.  

I've been trying to reign symmetry in this past few hours, it's a little better, but I'm still lost. I went too slowly on this sculpt and got lost in it's shape.
