Werecat Head WIP - Would love some critique.

Hi there, I'm rather new to the ciommunity, and to LJ in general, so do forgive me if I mess up with post a bit.

I'm at this point working on a head for a friend of mine for her LARP character Nivissa. It's a commission in a sense that she is paying for materials, though not in a sense that I was asking her to make a profit off it, but I digress.

I was going through the taping stage when it's occurred to me that there were a few things I'm missing out on (Oops) and so I thought I'd take this time to ask for some opinions on the sculpting. I find it hard to look at my own things with a critical eye and pinpoint where the problems are, and while I've been playing around with costumes and creature effects for a while, I am relatively new to fursuit construction, so suggestions are only too welcome.

A few details on the project:

-No reference pic for Nivissa, so I've been working off a verbal description and by talking the design over. I threw up a rough sketch, but the wearer is pretty laid back about the design in general. I was asked to base the look around a lynx or a bobcat, so I've been using lynx photographs for reference.

-It's a head designed for LARP, and as such, it has no bottom jaw so it's not as hot and confined as a traditional head, and lets the wearer talk, eat and drink while wearing it. Once furred the fur will clip around the bottom of the neck to form a hood-type arrangement, hence no bottom jaw.

-Eyes are roughly drawn on and the placement isn't finalized.

-Still needs a brow piece I think, as well as some more foam around the ears as I'm not happy with how durable they might be in their current state. The wearer likes the size, which seem a bit on the large side, and wants me to keep them that size, but I think they may be too flimsy as they are, especially if she's running around in it.

-Since the pictures yesterday, on advise of someone I have rounded off the cheeks somewhat, as they were rather too 'boxy'.

The back of the head seems a little...well like a hat made of foam. I'm unsure if adding the fur, which will by quite long, will counteract that, or whether it needs some sort of padding or sculpting.
