Bear head with moving jaw, want info on making or where to find resin base as a starting point.

Whinnyhi.

I have been looking and looking. My friend, Bear, wants a black bear fursuit, preferably semi-realistic and with a moving jaw that he can bite down with. I know most moving jaws open with your chin (as in my Steed head) but he wants a way to actually bite. I figure a hinged jaw that has a kind of flap that he can slip into his mouth after putting the head on (maybe pressing in via the open mouth, tabs that slip into his mouth and between his teeth) but not sure. I have been looking over the tutorials and realize that a resin base would probably be the best way to go but, again, the mouth opens, not clamps down.

So wondering if anybody here has tried this or experimented with the idea of a biting jaw/mouth arrangement. Or even if anybody knows where I can find a resin base for a realistic style bear head.

Thanks.
Steed
