Ear floofs?

So recently I’ve noticed that something was missing from my ears. I started looking at people’s fursuit heads, and noticed that most have some fur in the inner ear.





I really would like to try it out, but I really don’t know where to start!

Do I glue it on after the ear has been furred, or do I just not shave the fur on the inside of the ears?
