I would be eternally grateful if someone could make/share a fursuit hair tutorial. I'm really shooting for hair like this:

I inquired with the maker themselves and they redirected me to a tutorial here but links in the tutorial (mainly the helpful images) were broken so it didn't do me much good.
I have searched the internet high and low and I have found no tutorial that achieves this look even remotely. I've found like two (and I just do not like how the hair looks AT ALL) I'm not a fan of wigs, and most hair looks like rolled up tubes of fur and just does not fit the head.
This head the fur/hair looks natural and I really want that. If anyone could PLEASE help me out (a video would be amazing) on this process I'd be immensely grateful!! This is literally keeping me from finishing one of my personal projects because I could not figure this out.
