How often should you disinfect a fursuit at a con?

I basically got told my suit smelled and am looking to remedy that.  I physically can go pretty much all day in it without needing a longer break, but how often should you take off the suit to spray it down and dry it to keep it reasonably fresh?  It's a digitigrade fullsuit and I'm an active suiter who tends to sweat a lot fyi

Edit: for additional info, I sprayed and dryed it between the dance comp and the rave in the evening after suiting from 9-6 with snack breaks, then again that night before going to bed.  Next day I went 10-5 before I left and fully washed it at home.
