International shipping (TRACKING)

I've done years of researching this.

UPS international: i've been doing for years for customers outside of USA because it offers a legit tracking number, which paypal accepts. Paypal does not accept a customs declaration when a package is marked as 'not received', the buyer will receive a full product price + shipping price refund, which i've been scammed from in the past.

"usps priority mail EXPRESS":
*has anyone used this to ship anything?
*Is the tracking accepted by paypal, and does it work well?
*I can do small box shipments, like 17x17x17 this way, for partials or singular items if this could work. It'd cost $100 or so, isntead of $500 UPS. I've often shipped TWO 32"x20"x20" boxes to each individual customer, which are above the size limit for USPS to handle. Sadly, even seperating the fursuit parts, sometimes doesn't work due to the fursuit being massive in size. But in the meantime, would be a blessing for partials and unstuffed parts.

"usps priority mail" (not express): as far as I know, doesn't offer a 'legit' paypal accepted tracking number, unless i'm wrong! Please explain if you know.

DHL or FEDEX: Has anyone figured out these for shipments before?

*If tracking fails on USPS shipments in general, how could I bill customers through a credit card, or what payment method should I accept outside of paypal? I've done money orders but thats USA>USA, this is international.
*with the above option, is there a way customers can scam the seller using those methods?

- I hope this can help everyone out, not just me.
