Questions for a Partial Suit

Hey there!!
I'm looking to make a partial of my character Slick (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/22315491/) and I have a few questions.

Firstly: How much fur would I need?
I plan on just making a head, tail, foot paws, and tony hand paws. His pompadour will be sculpted from foam so it will hold its shape perfectly and I won't have to worry about shifting polyfil.
My guestimate so far is around 1 yard of teal, 2 yards of white, and 1 yard of black.

Secondly, does anyone know where to get that shade of dull, desaturated, teal? So far the only one I've been able to find is brighter than I'd like.

And finally, I was going to make him with a large, exaggerated, toothy grin like shown here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/22315521/
How could I go about making this without hindering ventilation? I was going to use the balaclava method if that effects it at all.
