I'm running into a challenge with figuring out how best to create the eyes on this fursuit head of my Chua from Wildstar. Before I make a single slice into foam, I want to make sure I'm planning appropriately for how to get the eyes to look right.
Specifically, for this doofydoo here, Bucki Beezo.

The lighter areas? That's fur. His actual eyes are the beady little black bits, no sclera visible. Like a rodent.
A plain black resin eye would look perfect, but there's no place to put duct vision because it's perfectly round.
A 100% buckram eye would work okay, but we'd somewhat lose the 3D nature of his eyes.
What would you do to make the best-looking eye for ol' Bucki here?
