I haven't found many tutorials on how to use Shell Shock, minus the smooth-on website. Are there any tutorials out there for using it to create a mold, even if the object is solid/clay rather than soft? Of course with mold release.
Pretty sure I can pour resin into a Shell Shock mold with a mold release also, right? I've used some plastic molds for making resin objects before.
Is there a similar product? I'm done with oomoo 25 I believe, I want to try something that requires 'less' and makes a thinner harder mold, such as brushing it onto the object to create the mold instead of pouring.
Is shell shock heat resistant? I will ask the website soon if no one knows that answer. ^^
I personally would prefer a 1a:1b mix ratio, so maybe a different product. :) Liquid Latex is something that is interesting to me right now, but i'm doubting its heat resistant. (Mold Builder Liquid Latex) for pouring hot liquids into it and letting it cool off?
