Second foam head! Critique and advice?

Hi everyone!

I've been wanting to try my hand at fursuit making for a while now, and finally got the chance. Below I have a few pictures of my foam work thus far as well as concept art!

I'm trying to go for a toony look with some exaggerated facial features, based off of the concept art above. I want his chin to big and more masculine, and I'd like to go for an angry/grumpy look with his eyebrows when I tackle those.

What I'm having the most trouble with right now is the shape of his head; mostly the cheeks and lower jaw/smile. I've never attempted the "smile" look before with my first head.

Another thing that is boggling my mind at the moment is the saber teeth. I'm not going to be building them out of clay or buying pre-made teeth to attach. I'll be constructing the teeth out of foam and covering it with white fleece just to keep the head nice and light. My question is - how should I go about attaching foam saber teeth to my head? Should I cut holes on the upper muzzle and glue the foam teeth in there? I suppose that may be one way to go about it - but I thought I'd ask!

His mouth is also hanging open more than I'd like... Is there a way that can be fixed or remedied?

Thank you!
