Has anyone used ArtSlave's cast foam head bases?

I've been wondering this, because I've had two for a couple of years now and found they're hard to work with. Like... I don't even know what type of glue to use because a lot of stuff peels right off!


I'm getting frustrated at this point with them and have talked myself out of tossing them away numerous times. So I just need some advice on finishing them up, anything would help.
