Recently I got upholstery thread in the mail and didn't know it was what's considered "bonded nylon." Needless to say it's hard to use.
In the past I've used upholstery thread (some other kind but I don't remember the name) and all purpose polyester thread. I liked to use the upholstery thread for everything and the polyester loosely, maybe for smaller pieces or if I didn't have the color in upholstery.
What kind of thread do others like to use? Should I use polyester more often? I'd like to not use it on bodysuits since I'm afraid it'll pop even though I handsew everything.
... And should I sell this "bonded nylon" thread? >_> Spent $16 on two rolls and it's so hard to push into the fabric, my hands say no.
