Hello! So, I'm going to start building my very first head soon, and I've got almost everything figured out except the ventilation system. I'm using a resin blank (from DVC) and a balaclava.
I'll be putting a 1" fan in the muzzle of the head to bring in fresh air, but since I run really hot I want to put a smaller fan in each ear as well. This is where the issue starts. How am I supposed to hide the fans under the fur if they're just big squares on my head? won't the shapes stick out and make it super obvious I've got two fans in my ears? if that doesn't happen, how do I prevent my hair from getting sucked into the fan? wouldn't it be laying right against my head? and if it is laying against my head, how is it supposed to get air in if the intake isn't clear?
