Mannequin heads

Hello!
So I've been doing some reaserch on some head forms to do my new resin base on. Im a female so I was wondering if I should purchase a female or a male head form. I think I should go with the male, but I just wanted to make sure. Also want is a reasonable price to pay for these? What do you recommend to purchase and what kind?
