Faux fur wrinkles and questions!

Hey guys, years ago I ordered fur from Clockwork creatures that was a rustic red fox orangey color. I ordered 4 feet of it because according to a friend that should be enough. I'm 5'1 and I plan to use the fur on most of my costume. I'm looking for a chocolate brown with a redish hue to it for big ears, the chest and neck (for a mane), the underside of my hands and feet paws and tail. Would this be enough? My old friend lied to me telling me she made her fursuit and knew what she was talking about, little did I know she had commissioned someone. JHYGUYG, so for years now the fur has just been sitting CRAMMED in a cardboard box extremely sloppily... I crammed it in there for Hurricane Irene and Sandy. =w=;;; It's got a lot of wrinkles and creases, and where there isn't wrinkles or creases, there is some kinky fur I'm guessing from humidity of the flooded basement. I've read using a hair dryer carefully moving it around plenty to not melt the fibers together while combing it works wonders! Ah, well it could be worse, I'm lucky to have my house. If anyone can help please please reply. ;U; Thanks!
