I want to solve a few issues of a fursuit.
My goal is too keep the fursuit very simple and very universal. So, that means no moving jaw or eyes with the "follow me" effect. The suit can either be full, half, or partial. And the padding/stuffing can be detached for easy cleaning.
One problem is that this character have a very large tail (think dinosaur or dragon-like). So, I was think either stuffing it and let it drag on the floor, but people might step on it, or make foam core base.
Do you know how heavy foam core base tail? Is it possible to take the core out so I can wash the fur separately?
The character have a thick neck, I might run into issues how to solve this. Is it a good idea to add padding around the neck area to make the illusion?
I think adding fleece in certain places in the suit, is fleece an easy material to clean? How long does it last?
