Things to consider when sculpting a head?

Allo All!

My name is June. Long time artist, first time suit maker. I'm starting out my on first head and I'm looking to get some feedback and help on what to consider when sculpting a head for a resin cast.  I'm making it based off of my sona June. He's a hybrid/chimera species I call a Holiel (Hŏl-ee-el) so unfortunately he doesn't have any defined reference animal but since I draw him all the time I know him inside and out.





Here's pics of the sculpt so far. Anyways, I'm looking for redlines/critique/any kind of advice regarding my sculpt.
