"Garuda" Style Fursuit Eyes

Hi all! I haven't been on here in a really, really long time. Like 3 years! I finally have found time to work on a suit again, and I'd like to complete the resin base I made a few years ago. I've decided I want it to have some pretty crazy eyes. The best comparison I can think of is the mythological Garuda (or maybe the dogs from the Tinderbox). I will attach a pic. See the differently colored concentric rings? That's what I want (not necessarily the bulginess). Anyone have any ideas how I could do this?
