Where can I find brown short pile fur for a Rottweiler suit? I love the fur that's in this 2009 entry: http://fursuit.livejournal.com/3180618.html?thread=36684106
Usually I rely on Distinctive Fabrics but I checked today and it doesn't look like they have anything (it's also been quite a few years since I've done a fursuit project). I think there used to be a 'seal' type fur that was super short. That's what I want, since I have no skill shaving down fur and don't want to use long pile.
