I'm looking for tips on creating a convincing, thick blood that still looks wet/glossy, but is not sticky or runny and won't deform once its dried/cured. I've been testing various materials and combinations thereof and have yet to come up with something I think really works well. Anyone have any tips or ideas? This would be applied to both fur and a hard skull sculpt.
I'd also REALLY like to somehow create a permanent, realistic blood drip that hangs freely from the mouth of a mask. Not drips over a surface, but hangs FROM it. Specifically dripping off the lower jaw. Any ideas for how I'd go about this? Casting a drip shape, or some kind of liquid that will cure as it drips, permanently locking it mid-drip. I'm thinking red-tinted clear silicone may work, but I don't know if something that thin would be durable enough to be
I'm putting finishing touches on a zombie mask for nevermint :3 Expect to see it here soon!
