So I've been having trouble lately with body suit fitting my commissioners when they get them brand new. I've been giving each one an extra inch all the way around but they're still tight. How much more room do you add to your suits so they fit comfortably and give the wearer plenty of room to move around? I don't want to send out another suit until I get this figured out because I feel so bad that I keep having to have them send them back for re-fitting.
Also do you do anything special in the shoulder/arm region to give optimal movement there? I know some people make their DTD's with their arms a bit lower then they should be. How do you correct this?
Thank you so much in advance!
(Additional info: I use the trashbag method to make our patterns for body suits that way we don't have to cut up the original DTD)
